I have two ragdoll cats. Please do bear this in mind when enquiring- they are very friendly, but also shed a lot. I vacuume everyday, but the tenant would need to be comfortable with litter trays in shared spaces (one in living room). They are indoor only.

I’m looking for a working professional to move in mid October onwards. I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy. I don’t mind the odd cup lying about or dishes being left a day, but someone who cleans up after cooking, is happy to share bathroom cleaning duties and taking out the rubbish is a must.

I’m vegetarian, and work two jobs. I lead an active lifestyle going bouldering or doing yoga every other day. So I tend to get home quite late. I’m looking for someone who is quite chilled out and relatively quiet. I don’t mind friends coming through to hang out, love a wee catch up on the couch with a glass of wine, but I’m approaching 30 and it would not be a party flat 🤣.

Would be looking to arrange viewings and interviews before moving forward, and all flatmates must be interviewed by the landlord (per her request) and provide two references. Must be in employment, students unfortunately can’t be considered unless you work concurrently.
