The flat is very well connected near parks, coffee shops and restaurants in the West-end, Shawlands and the city centre.
• Shields Road subway station is just a few minutes away, giving you quick access to the West End (around 15 minutes) and Glasgow city centre (around 10 minutes).
• Pollokshields East and Pollokshields West train stations are also nearby.
• Queen’s Park and Shawlands are a 20-minute walk (or less than 10 minutes by bike).
• Finnieston and central Glasgow are about 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bike.

About Me
I’m an aerospace engineer originally from Madrid, and I’ve also lived in France before settling in Glasgow 3 years ago. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, cooking, and spending time with friends. I like to keep a clean, tidy, and relaxed home and I respect personal space.

Viewings & Move-In Date
Viewings will begin as soon as I receive some interest. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in by the 1st of October, but I can be flexible for the right person. I’d prefer a young professional in full-time employment.
