• Queen’s Park and Shawlands are a 20-minute walk (or less than 10 minutes by bike).
• Finnieston and central Glasgow are about 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bike.

I’m an aerospace engineer originally from Madrid, and I’ve also lived in France before settling in Glasgow 3 years ago. I speak Spanish, English, and French. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, cooking, and spending time with friends. I like to keep a clean, tidy, and relaxed home and I respect personal space.
Viewings & Move-In Date
Viewings will begin as soon as I receive some interest. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in by the 1st of October, but I can be flexible for the right person. I’d prefer a young professional in full-time employment.
