Double room in Blochairn - all bills included

Hey! I’m looking for someone easy-going (preferably a working professional) to rent my spare room in a quiet, family-friendly area.

🏠 About the Room & House

All bills are included – electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband.

There’s fast 1 Gbps fibre internet with great WiFi and two ethernet ports in your room.

The room’s furnished – bed, new chest of drawers, a nicer desk, dressing table, and shelves built into the wardrobe.
I’ll update the photos on Saturday once everything’s sorted.

Heating is always set to a cosy 21–22°C.

New washing machine, heat pump dryer & dishwasher.

There’s plenty of parking nearby (check Google Maps if you want to see the area).

You’ll have full use of the coffee machine and plenty of cooking gear.

There’s also some attic storage if you need space for luggage or boxes.

The whole house is a bit “smart” – lights, heating, etc. I’ll also be putting automatic curtains in your room soon (you can even pick the curtain colour once they arrive).

📺 Extras & Location

You’ll have access to all the subscription services in the living room (Apple TV, Netflix, etc.), and I can help set them up on your own devices too.

The NRG gym is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a Tesco, Lidl, and Costco all within walking distance.

It’s a quiet, safe area – mostly families, so nice and peaceful.

👋 About Me

I’m a full-time electrical engineer, currently on secondment. I’m away Monday–Thursday every other week, so you’ll often have the place to yourself.
I like keeping things chilled and tidy, but not overly strict – just a relaxed, respectful vibe. I’ve recently got into climbing, and I’m at the gym about five times a week, so if you’re into that, bonus!

Would be great to find someone sociable who’s up for the occasional movie night, cooking together, or a drink and some card or board games (my friends usually bring something new every time).
