Looking for someone easy-going (preferably a working professional) to rent my spare room.

Option for the room to be furnished or unfurnished – up to you.
Heating always set to a cosy 21–22°C, 24/7.
Plenty of parking spaces nearby (check Google Maps).
Coffee machine, plenty of cooking equipment
Storage space in the attic if needed

About me:
I’m a full-time electrical engineer, currently on secondment. I’m away Monday–Friday every second week, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. I like to keep things relaxed and comfortable, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe.

I can provide more photos of your room once my current flatmate of 3 years moves out, but don’t want to put any pressure when he’s packing until he moves out - which most likely is on 30th.

The entire home is “smart”, and I’ll be installing automatic curtains in your room as well once you move in.
