The flat
Double room available in a lovely Battlefield tenement, the room is large with its own storage cupboard, and lots of natural light.
It’s a ten minute walk to Mount Florida or Langside train stations with bus links also close by on Battlefield road. Lots of cute coffee shops and bakeries within a stones throw also! The room is unfurnished, and spacious, currently has a super king fitting comfortably in it.

We have a large living room and modern bathroom and kitchen (recently renovated approx 2 years ago). As it’s a third floor flat the space is really warm, even in winter. There’s on street parking available and lovely neighbours.

Housemate
You’ll be living with Carla, I’m a 31 year old Australian and work for the NHS, I work full time in the office with the odd work from home hour or two every now and then. I enjoy netball, Pilates, running, and baking. I have lived in the flat for two years with my friend who is flying the coop, and I’m hoping to live with someone social and clean. I prefer to be able to share the space with a person who is happy for mid week or weekend hangs but also understand the need for everyone’s own space! LGBTQI+ friendly.
