Student flatmate wanted in Springburn

We are looking for someone to take up a room in our cozy flat. We are looking for someone with a student status for Council Tax reasons.

The rent price includes all utilities costs as well as council tax (as one of us is no longer a student) so you wouldn’t have to pay anything extra for the wifi, electricity or gas.


There is a bus stop (bus 90) right outside the flat that takes you to the West End (30 min to UofG ), a bus stop 8 minutes walk away that regularly goes to the City Center (30 min to strathclyde uni) as well as the Ashfield train station.


The communal areas include a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and a hallway.

The room has large West facing windows so it gets plenty of light and warmth, it comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.
A little about the couple you will be sharing with - Eliass and Hugh. I (Eliass) have just graduated from UofG where I studied comparative literature and philosophy and am currently working part time in a cafe. I am an artsy type volunteering woth a couple of Glasgow Life museums and procrascinating on making my own stuff. I am interested in history, folklore, earth science to name a few. I really love going on hikes and visiting cultural and historic places round the country. My husband Hugh is an Open University engineering student and a Tesco employee. He’s a fan of F1, enjoys learning weird and obscure facts and is a master at video games.

We don’t mind whether you’re someone who is very social or who likes keep to themselves, as long as we get along and you help keep the flat neat. Drop me a message here or on Whatsapp and we can arrange a viewing!
