2 Rooms in G73

The flat is located in G73 Rutherglen, it’s a 3 bedroom house.

I’m occupying one of the rooms, that leaves two rooms, both of which are rented at £500 monthly, with the deposit being the same.

Electricity and broadband bills would have to be split between the both of us and are not included in the rent.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, a hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and sufficient cabinets.

On the ground floor, there’s a living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom area.
The living room has a sofa, dining table and coffee table.

All the three bedrooms are on the first floor, and come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and table.

The house is in the perfect location with a 10 mins walk to the Rutherglen Station that takes directly to Glasgow city centre within 12mins.

- It’s a 10mins walk to all the stores including Lidl, Aldi, Tesco extra, Rutherglen Shopping centre etc
