I am a woman in my mid-20s who's just gone back to uni, and I have a spare room to let.
The room is available from the 23rd of October. It is super close to a train station and is on a good bus route to the city centre.
There is a nice big shared living area, a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a bathroom. The flat is unfurnished, but some of my furniture will be in the shared living area.
I am at uni for most of the week, but will sometimes work from home. I am an easy-going person who enjoys my own space, but I also like to socialise and sometimes share a meal together.
My ideal flatmate would also be in their mid-20s and fairly social. It would be great if you were also a student but that isn't essential, we can figure out council tax. Send me a message and let me know a bit about you!
