Double En-suite Room next to Mitchell Library

Hello :)
My name is Dharmishta, or Mishta for short :), and I'm currently looking at potential flatmates to take over my current flatmate's room in our 2 bed flat that is right next to Charing Cross train station (direct trains to Edinburgh) and the Mitchell Library!

(my current flatmate will most likely move out in the first week of November)

The flat is a 2 bed and 2 bathroom and is fairly newly fitted out with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room - both rooms have a double bed and are furnished by the landlord,
The building is very well kept and there's a mix of students, professionals and young families living in it who are all fairly quiet but friendly.
The rent is inclusive of the flat rent, bills and council tax (which we might get a bit lower if you're a student) and I'm happy to manage those too so no worries!

I would say I am a very tidy flatmate who likes to be considerate of others and keep things clean when we can so I'd be keen to find someone similar if possible!

I like to keep busy with some hobbies like baking and reading and enjoy going out for coffee or walks with friends in my spare time, but equally enjoy a nice evening in to watch a bit of TV or a movie when I get the chance to relax a bit!
I'd be super happy to socialise when we can but equally respect everyone deserves some nice alone time to recharge of course :)

I'm currently working nearby just around the Sauchiehall area and I'm also hybrid, so I'd be WFH a couple days a week :)

FYI the images are from the viewing of the flat when we first moved in and I'm currently in one room (but may switch if needed - they're both double rooms and we'd have our own bathrooms wither way) but will aim to update those soon! also happy to do video call viewings :)
