The location of the property is less than 5 minutes from the Garrowhill train station which will take you into Glasgow Queen Street station in less than 15 minutes. Going the other way you can get to Edinburgh from this station as well.

The property has got a balcony which gets a lot of sun in the morning. There is also a garden space at the back however this is in need of some work as it had been neglected by the previous owner - a project for spring time.
