Room comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair, under bed storage (drawers). Landlord is okay with swapping out furniture if you're looking to stay long-term.
Parking easy and available.
New build flats in a secure building.
Transport into the centre is very accessible, the bus stop is across the road and the train station is a 15 minute walk (Dalmarnock station).
Corner shop and Farmfoods both within a 5 minute walk. Crown Street retail park within 15 minutes. Asda within 20.
Around the corner from Richmond park and Glasgow Green. Walking to the city centre is leisurely and takes 25 minutes.
Current occupant works in hospitality so is barely there 4 days a week but comes home late. Smoking is fine, just smoke outside.
Ideally looking for another quiet, clean, tidy person to share with long-term (short-term is fine however).
