Female professional wanted for cosy southside flat

Hi everyone! My name is Ailie and me and my girlfriend are looking for a female flatmate to live with us in our two bed flat in Cathcart.

I work as a property manager and my partner is a school supply teacher, but has been doing some travelling in between working. Whilst we are a couple and both live in the flat, there will be time periods where one of us is travelling for potentially months at a time.

We have lived here for 1 year, the flat is a decent size, 2nd floor, has on street parking and is located a minute away from Cathcart train station and various bus routes, perfect for anyone who needs to commute.

The room has a wardrobe, full length mirror, TV and we will provide a double bed frame.

We are looking for someone who is a young professional, ideally aged between 24-28. The flat is a decent size but isn’t massive so we would prefer someone who is single. It would be great if they were someone who is interested in being friends and going for drinks/having some dinners together, but also respects our privacy. We promise to do the same.

We take pride in our home and love to make it as cosy as possible. We are fairly clean and tidy so someone who is messy would not work. Also no terfs or tories (we are lesbians lol) and no drugs.

Rent is £550 including bills (this will be less when all 3 of us are sharing - £367)
