I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Havannah House, Glasgow starting December 1st 2025.
(Eligible for University of Glasgow postgraduate students only) 🎓

You will be paying until June only, you can stay up to summer but you will not need to pay for July and August.

Rent: P. S. Just for the last month, it will be £170 more than your usual amount. I’ll be paying you £1,600 in total for staying there so far.

20 mins to city centre and subway

Right next to the train station

🏠 About the flat:

Shared kitchen with 8 people (all girls — very clean and tidy)

The accommodation itself is mixed gender, but my floor happens to be all girls

2 fridges, 2 cooking hobs, and lots of cupboards/storage space

Spacious room with plenty of storage

Modern building with great facilities — gym, study areas, social spaces, laundry, and 24/7 reception/security
