Room available to rent in Alexandra Parade

Hi :)

I am looking for a new female flatmate to move in from the 1st of November’25.
This is a 2 bhk flat located close to the city centre, rent is £503 per person ( apx £1006 with bills included.)

- All first bus no. 38s take you to the city centre within 15-20 mins, bus stop is a 3 min walk from the flat.
- Nearest food shops: CoOp, Iceland, Grosic (6 mins walk from the flat). Lidl/Morrisons (20 min walk)
- Amenities- kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, heated drying rack in a separate laundry room, vacuum, iron, mop etc provided by the landlord.
- Shared living area with couches, dining table. One shared bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Who i am looking for-
- Ideally a working professional, I work from home 3 days a week so would prefer a quiet environment during weekdays.
- Vegetarian/vegan and non-smoker strictly.
- I am a clean freak and deep clean every weekend so would prefer someone who likes to keep their space clean and divide cleaning tasks.
- Flat is in a family neighbourhood, so not exactly a party flat, but can have small get togethers with friends etc.
- Room is for one individual only and i am not open to sharing with a third flatmate.
