Room available to rent in Alexandra Parade

I am looking for a new female flatmate to replace me from the 12th of jan’ 2026.

This is a 2 bhk flat located close to the city centre, rent is £505 per person ( apx £1010 shared between 2 people with bills included i. e, council tax, wifi, electricity and gas.)

- All first bus no. 38s take you to the glasgow city centre within 15-20 mins, bus stop is a 3 min walk from the flat. Alexandra parade train station is a 6 min walk.
- Nearest food shops: CoOp, Iceland, Grosic (6 mins walk from the flat). Lidl/Morrisons (20 min walk)
- Amenities- kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, heated drying rack in a separate laundry room outside the flat entrance, vacuum, iron, mop etc provided by the landlord.
-There is plenty of storage space in the house and huge cupboard in the room.
- Shared living area with couches, dining table. One shared bathroom with bathtub and a shower.

- Room is for one individual only and not open to couples.
