Student Accommodation Tenancy Takeover

I am a student at University of Strathclyde, looking to find a student who is willing to takeover my private student accommodation tenancy at Buchanan View, as i am planning on moving out possibly this month. The room is a silver ensuite , with a shared kitchen/common area, shared with the rest of the 4 roommates( everyone has separate rooms) . The room is fully furnished with all necessary facilities suitable for a student to focus on their studies. The accommodation is managed by Student Roost and they are very helpful and they deal with any queries as soon as possible. The location is at a 15 min walk from University of Strathclyde and 2 mins walk from Glasgow Caledonian University .
