I am looking for a replacement joint tenant as I will leave the UK soon.
A bright and spacious double room is available in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat near the River Clyde. You will have your own double bed bedroom, a large bathroom and a separate study room, perfect for working or studying. The flat is fully furnished and it has a large separate kitchen and living room.
The flat gets sunlight throughout the day you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, as well as a River Clyde view from the living room and kitchen.
The building also has access to a shared private garden (not exclusive to the flat).
There is one other person currently living in the flat, and the tenancy agreement allows for a maximum of two tenants in total.
Transport & Location:
- Around 10–15 minutes’ walk to Shields Road Subway Station
- 30 minutes to the University of Glasgow by public transport or walking/subway combination
- Easy access to the city centre, supermarkets, and pubs nearby
- Quiet, safe area with good bus connections
Rent: £820/month per person (may change when the new tenancy is signed)
Deposit: £250 per person
