Spacious double room in quiet flat in quiet street. Have garden and shed for bicycles.

In between Scotstounhill and Garscadden train station. Well connected with train, buses and cycle routes.

My daughter and I here, she's mature student and I might go back to uni but haven't decided which one yet whilst juggling reality of what I'd like to do and what I can afford to do! Ce la vie.

We have a friendly rescue cat.

I only have the resources to administer British lodgers, can be of any ethnicity, I just don't have the resources to administer international lodgers checks, safeguards, banking transfer charges etc. I also need contact details for a Uk relative like next of kin, contact details from a lodger so that if I have any difficulties returning deposit I have someone else, uk based, to be able to return it to.
