Spacious double room in quiet flat in quiet street. Have garden and shed for bicycles.

In between Scotstounhill and Garscadden train station. Well connected with train, buses and cycle routes.

My daughter and I here, she's mature student and I might go back to uni but haven't decided which one yet. We come from multi cultural family, leftist leaning enjoy balance of healthy and respectful diversity.

We have a friendly rescue cat, she and my daughters ever changing hair colour are the life and soul of the flat IMO.

I only have the resources to administer British lodgers, can be of any ethnicity, I just don't have the resources to administer international lodgers checks, safeguards, banking transfer charges etc. I also need contact details for a relative like next of kin, contact details from a lodger so that if I have any difficulties returning deposit I have lodger contact to be able to return it to.

Looking for female lodger who doesn't participate, ideologically or practically in commercial sexual exploitation cultures. Would suit mature student or post graduate.
