Lovely main entrance flat in Muirend with private front and back garden and free on street parking. 5 minute walk from Muirend train station which gets you to Queens Park in 7 minutes and Central in 15 minutes.

Currently myself and a cat in the flat. Other cats would be considered, however not preferable as it is a smaller flat for more than one animal. Common spaces would be the bathroom, the cozy lounge/dining room, and kitchen. The double bedroom for rent is unfurnished save for a large wardrobe (pictured). Pictures are from the listing before I moved in sans furniture, much more homey now. Happy to give a video tour prior to a physical tour.

Bills not included in the price of rent. Bills will include council tax Band D, gas+electric, and broadband. All bills to be split with myself.

About me: I am a veterinarian who enjoys a mix of alone time to recharge and social time. I am a pretty tidy person and am looking for someone who appreciates keeping tidy as well.
