If you don't keep a clean house and kitchen, free of clutter and dishes, then I know it would be too difficult to share. Also not looking for party animals.

The right person is more important to us than quickly filling a room.

This would need to be considered your main home in Scotland.

Cost for couples sharing 1 double room would be £1,100 per calendar month.

There is a maintenance fee charged of £100.00 per calendar. This will be returned at the end of the tenancy or every 6 months, assuming no repairs are required. This is instead of an upfront deposit.
