Hi, Looking to sublet my lovely double room in my 2 bed flat for three weeks from 3-25 Feb while I’m away.
Rent is £410(£137 per week) and bills on top which are usually about £20 a month.

The room is spacious and bright as it’s south facing, and comes furnished. The location in Govanhill/strathbungo area is great, it’s just 2 mins from QP train station and so close to the park.
The rest of the flat is shared with my flatmate and her little dog, so it’s important that you are good with pets and are happy having an animal in your space!
The rest of the flat has a sort of open plan kitchen and living room and a bathroom.
