Hi, Looking to sublet my lovely double room in 2 bed flat for the summer while I’m away, from mid May to September/ October.

Rent is £564 monthly and bills and council tax on top which are usually about £20 a month, council tax £99

The room is spacious and bright as it’s south facing, and comes furnished. The location in Govanhill/strathbungo area is great, it’s just 1 min from QP train station and so close to the park.
The rest of the flat is shared with my flatmate and her little dog, so it’s important that you are good with pets and are happy having an animal in your space!
The rest of the flat has a sort of open plan kitchen/ living room and a bathroom.
