I'm a live-in landlord, and am renting out a large en-suite bedroom in a third-floor flat near Bridgeton.

5 minutes' walk away from Bridgeton train station, under 15 minutes from Bellgrove station, and less than 5 minutes away from Glasgow Green. There's a bus stop 2 minutes away, small shops within 5 minutes' walk, and larger shops (Lidl, Morrisons) about 15 minutes away, and it takes me about 30 minutes to walk to Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations.

The flat is not on the main road, so is fairly quiet.

Rent is £600 per month, all bills included. Available immediately. Council tax band C (but council tax is included in the rent).

- I have a cat, so the room might not be suitable for someone who can't be around cats or who has a pet of their own (depending on circumstances).
