Two Rooms For Rent In Flat

Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my ad.

I'm currently looking for someone to move into the flat I'm currently staying at.

Up for rent is a bedroom and a living room/office space. Both of these rooms are included within the £650pm along with all bills.

The bedroom has a sliding mirrored cupboard for clothes etc, whilst the other room is just a room.

The bathroom and kitchen will be shared and a level of responsibility with cleaning/tidiness is necessary. Failure to comply with this could see the tenancy being revoked.

The property is situated within a 10-15 minute walk of Rutherglen Station and the high street. It is also only 5 minutes away from a Tesco Extra and the Cuningar Loop, which is a very lovely park. Access to the motorway and National Cycle Routes are both within 2-5 minutes of the property.

I have been living here for sometime now and it's a great flat, very nice and spacious with good neighbours in the building.

I am a 30 year old professional, seeking mainly a female flatmate due to tidiness/cleaning issues with previous tenants. I will be open to a male flatmate if they're respectable with keeping the flat clean and being responsible for themselves.

I do not have big parties in the flat but occasionally have friends over, I would hope any future flatmate would be similar in that regard.

No smoking, no pets and no couples living in the flat together - couples who live apart would be fine, just if it's more on a regular basis staying here then it becomes an issue.

As I mentioned previously, £650 will include all bills including; Flat Rent, Council Tax, Gas & Electric, Internet.

All potential tenants will have to submit their details to touchstone for referencing.
