Spare Room In Southside of Glasgow

Hi folks! I have a room available sharing a flat with me and one other person in the Pollockshields area of Southside (G41).

The flat is 7 minutes from Shields Road subway station, 7 minutes from Pollockshields East train station, and 15 minutes from Queen's Park. The flat is on the second floor with no wheelchair access. The landlord isn't accepting people on benefits unfortunately.

The room is unfurnished. Rent and council tax are paid until December 1st, so ideal move in time would be between now and December 1st.

The bills are as follows:

Rent - £500 each

Council tax - £74 each

Internet - £10 each

Utilities - £40-50 each
