Double room to rent

We are looking for a clean, easygoing and respectful tenant for the spare room in our mid-terraced house that we have recently moved in to.
The location is perfect for a hospital worker, with the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital just a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute cycle away.
Good transport links: 15 minutes on foot to the Govan Subway and a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop as well as plenty of free parking on the street outside. The new Govan/Partick bridge also makes it just a 10 minute cycle to Glasgows West End.
The house has shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and garden. We have recently moved in so are in the process of doing some work to improve the space as well. Both of us work in hospitality so are generally out during the day but enjoy chilled evenings and days off after busy shifts so would like to have someone that respects that it is our home.

A wee note: we do occasionally dog sit so would like someone that is okay with this :)

rent includes WiFi and council tax. Bills come to around £50-£70 per person, per month.

We are happy to consider short term lets too and the move in date in flexible.
