Bright, Spacious & Crafty 2-Bed Flat in Govanhill

Hi! I am sadly leaving this lovely flat as I’ll be moving in with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is a bright and spacious third-floor 2-bed in Govanhill, full of cosy, crafty vibes, so perfect if you love a relaxed, creative and homey atmosphere.

There’s a large kitchen with a dining table and plenty of room, plus a very spacious living room with another big table that we often use for crafts. It’s a really nice space, especially in the evenings with the soft, moody low lighting.

About the bedroom:
It can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer. There’s a double bed frame + mattress available, a bedside table, and a sweet vintage stool I’ve been using as a second bedside table. I also have a window desk (that I made from plywood) set up, but it can be removed easily. The chair for the desk belongs to the flat. It currently comfortably also fits a PAX wardrobe, that I’ll be taking with me.

You’d be living with my current flatmate, who is a very kind, chill and creative person. She works in TV props, loves crafting, and is always up for a hangout while also respecting personal space. The vibes here are very warm and easygoing thanks to her.

Our landlord is very accommodating and has always given us the freedom to decorate and make the place feel like our own.

Rent: £600 per month (excluding bills), council tax is band C

Move-in date: Anytime between the 5th and 15th of December, whatever works best.

Perfect for one person or a couple (within one tenancy).
