Jordanhill train station is literally next door so takes a total of less than 15mins to get into central from leaving the flat. A couple bus stops nearby too. Anniesland cross with Lidl, Morrisons, Gym Group, cafes and garages etc a 15 min walk away.
Great and easy links to the motorway, and Victoria Park a 10 min walk away. A great location!
The flat has a lovely big shared living room with lots of light. Comes with fridge, freezer, oven, stove top, air fryer etc.
There’s a shared rooftop garden for all tenants too which is lovely in the summer.
Gated parking area for residents too and current flatmate doesn’t drive so space for a car. There’s additional free parking outside if needed.
It’s a quiet neighbourhood so no disturbances, and the flat is nestled in between others so stays nice and warm in the winter.
Rent is around £535 and all bills (council tax, utilities etc) is around £200, so monthly price comes to around £750.
The other flatmate, Clare, is in her 40s and works part time at a health centre.
