Beautiful luxury flat in Strathbungo - short term

I have a room available in my furnished flat in beautiful leafy Strathbungo. I'm not currently staying there so you'll essentially have the place to yourself for most of the time.

Its beautiful and homely, check out the photos. I play music for a living so there are a few instruments.
The living room window looks into a community green space and the other windows look on to different churches. It's truly beautiful and silent at night.

It has smart lighting and a 4k projector, a modern kitchen and window bench to watch the world go by.

You can see queens park from the window in one direction and queens park train station looking the other direction (1 minute walk and then it's 7 minutes into town).

Its 2 minutes from hip coffee shops, cool bars and nice restaurants. The location is 10/10, the flat is 10/10.

Broadband and water charge is covered but gas and electricity is split.

Ideally looking for short term and would consider couples or renting out both bedrooms/the whole flat at extra cost.

I'm quiet considerate and virtually never there:)
