One room is available

I'm a student. My current flatmate is leaving. I’m looking for a new female flatmate who is clean, respectful, and takes responsibility. I prefer a student because of the council tax. Welcome the professionals if you are happy to pay the council tax. There is a sharing kitchen, bathroom and living room that are all furnished but only the bedroom is not furnished. The location is 3 mins away the bus station and 14mins away the train station. Bills are not included( the heating system is central gas). They cost around maximum £60 per person.
