Master bedroom available in a two bedroom flat on the third floor in the iconic Templeton building overlooking Glasgow Green, looking for someone to take over my room. Super King bed with a newly done up ensuite this year and built in wardrobe in the room. The flat is very warm due to being middle floor so heating bills are low and we are lucky to have super quiet neighbours as well as no road noise since we’re on the Green. Free parking comes with the flat. Shared kitchen with the one flatmate who lives here, she’s very clean and would love to live with someone similar. A very cute cat also shares the flat, she’s well behaved and very friendly! Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and appliances. The kitchen, dining areas and living room are all open plan, there’s a pantry with washing machine off the kitchen.
