Cosy double room available

Hi,

I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate, who has received a job offer in another country and will be moving early January.

The flat is furnished, bright and is a 5-10-minute walk away from Alexandra Park (situated in Dennistoun). George square is a 30-minute walk away, but the flat has excellent transport links, Alexandra train station is a 5-minute walk away, Bellgrove train station is a 15-minute walk away, and the bus into town stops essentially right outside our front door.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The shared living room is furnished with a TV, desk (which I don’t personally really use), sofa and coffee table. The kitchen has the usual appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine), and another storage cupboard. There are two indoor storage cupboards in the corridor and one outdoors (would be perfect for a bike).

The flat has a balcony connected to the living room and on street parking. The flat is a two-minute walk away from the Co-op, and Grosik (polish convenience store). There is also a petrol station a 3-minute walk away. Also, as we are situated in Dennistoun there are a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby.

There is a storage cabinet not visible in the living room photos in the living room directly as you enter it (it can be seen roughly from the corridor photo), and the bathroom is bigger than the photo suggests.

The rent is £475, and bills would be an additional £50. Council tax is band B. I would prefer a fellow female grad student (currently I am in the middle of a PhD at Strathclyde), but this is not a requirement.
