I’m a student at the University of Strathclyde currently staying at Kyle Park House, 171 Kyle Street, Glasgow (G4 0DS).
Due to a change in my plans, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for Room 3, Flat C8 (Large High Double Ensuite).

My agreement runs until 29 August 2026, and the property management has confirmed that the tenancy can be transferred to a replacement tenant, provided the new tenant:

Once you take over the tenancy, you will hold the contract directly with Unite Students, and you may also be able to extend your stay beyond August 2026 if you wish.

About the Room
1. Large High Double Ensuite room

The Flat / Facilities
You will share the flat with other students in a standard Unite Students layout. You will have access to:

All bills are included in the weekly rent of £170 (water, electricity, heating, and WiFi).
