I am looking for a single person to rent a double room in ground floor flat in a quiet East End area, literally a 30 second walk from Alexandra Park, which is one of the best things about living here and ideal if you enjoy having green space right on your doorstep! 🌿🪴

The flat is very well connected. It is around a 9 minute walk to Alexandra Parade station and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop with very frequent services into the city centre. There is also completely free on street parking directly outside.🙌

I live here with my very friendly cat, so you must be comfortable with pets. Ideally, you would also be happy to keep an eye on her if I am ever away. You are very welcome to come and view the room and meet her.🐈‍⬛

I am looking for one person only, not a couple. This flat would not suit someone whose partner stays over multiple nights each week. I am also looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and comfortable with shared living, and who naturally keeps communal spaces tidy.

The flat has limited storage, so it would suit someone with fewer belongings who prefers a tidy, uncluttered living space.🧚

The room is £650 per month and includes all bills and council tax. There are no additional charges. A refundable deposit of £500 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay subject to no significant damage.

The room is UNFURNISHED but I have a comfortable fold out bed you can use in the mean time and a desk if needed. Second hand furniture is very easy to find in Glasgow! I am happy to help with any searching. 🥰

I am would ideally like to live with someone from the LGBTQ+ community, however I am open to anyone if we get along well and the vibe feels right.🏳️‍🌈 Someone who also loves cooking would be ideal! I would love to cook together🍳

I also really respect quiet in the evenings as I am up early for work. I am looking for someone who also values peace in the evenings. 🌙

The living room TV has streaming services available for shared use, and there is also a PlayStation 4 which you’re welcome to use. 🎮
