A single/double room is available in a 2-bedroom flat located on the High Street, in a very central and convenient area.

The flat is unfurnished in the contract, but it includes all essential appliances and furniture for the cosy living room. The bedroom is also unfurnished, so you are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture (bed, desk, etc.) or purchase items from my previous flatmate – this can be discussed and also the price.

The location is ideal for students or professionals:
• 5 minutes’ walk to Aldi
• 5 minutes’ walk to the University of Strathclyde
• Excellent access to shops, transport, and city centre amenities

Rent is £525 per month.
Wi-Fi costs £36 per month.
The flat is fully electric; the usual total electricity bill is around £250 (shared). If the bill exceeds this, the extra cost is shared, but this is uncommon.

The room is available from late January, with the rent starting on 1st February.

About me:
I’m a PhD student at SIPBS, University of Strathclyde. I’m usually in the office during weekdays and have a fairly structured routine. In my free time, I love hiking, cycling, going to the gym, and staying active. I really enjoy travelling and social cooking nights at home, so I’m friendly and sociable but also respectful of personal space.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful flatmate.
Another PhD student is especially preferred, but postgraduate students or professionals with a similar lifestyle are also welcome.
