I am the current tenant of the flat and am looking for a flat mate as one of the room is available in this two bedroom flat (message even if you wish to stay for a couple months).
The flat is in a quite and peaceful residential area in Maryhill. It is adjacent to the West End with around a 10 min walk to Byres Road, Botanical Garden and the Great Western Road. It is also close to restaurant, shops, several supermarket/stores (the closest one being a 4 mins walk), a 10 min walk to Tesco Extra and a 20 min walk to Lidl. It is in an ideal location.
It is close to several transportation with bus stops being 5 mins walk far and the closest subway (Hillhead) being 15 mins walk away. The University of Glasgow is also a 20 minutes walk from the flat.
The room is spacious and is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, another closet and a chest of drawers. There is a shared kitchen, living room and a bathroom. It has all the necessary amenities. It also has central heating, wi-fi (bill not included in rent), a small garden and a balcony
I, the current tenant, am an undergraduate student. I am quite and friendly individual who mostly keeps to myself, however I am always up for a good chat. I am also an clean individual, respectful of others and their space.
I am exempt from the council tax so if a student also wishes to rent, the flat would be exempt. However, all professions are welcomed!
