Double room available in quiet residential neighbourhood very close to Westerton train station.

About the flat:
1st floor flat with main door entrance. The available bedroom has a double bed, cabinet, chest of drawers, and clothes rail. The kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, large microwave, air fryer, electric hob/oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room is south facing with plenty of space and a dining table. There is a shared garden as well as a loft for storage.

Canal and cycle paths.
Shops within walking distance.
Regular trains to Q st./Central.
Street parking.
40min drive to Loch Lomond.

Rent includes factor fees and broadband but not gas/electricity.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy flatmate. I enjoy socialising but if you prefer to keep to yourself that's perfectly fine too.

About me:
I just moved to Glasgow last year and am working as a civil engineer. I tend to work from home two days a week.
In my spare time I play in a couple of bands, and I enjoy bouldering and hill walking.
