Set on the top floor of a traditional sandstone tenement overlooking Queen’s Park, this bright and generously proportioned two-bedroom flat is located in one of Glasgow’s most sought-after Southside neighbourhoods. The flat benefits from open park views, shared garden space to the rear, gas central heating, double glazing, and secure door entry.

You would be sharing with me: a freelance communications professional who works from home, and my lively (but friendly) 18-month-old cocker spaniel. I spend weekends enjoying the cinema, theatre, gigs, and live performances, as well as baking bread, discovering local pastries, and exploring Glasgow’s ever-growing restaurant scene. I’m a historian at heart, with a long-standing (and slightly obsessive) fascination with Mary, Queen of Scots.

I’m no longer a party gal and would happily choose a sauna over a club, so I’m looking for someone with a similar outlook - considerate, relaxed, and keen on a calm, comfortable home.

Rent: £700 per month
Bills: approximately £200 per month (less in summer)
I’m open to people looking for short-term solutions as well as longer stays.
