Hi! I am seeking a flatmate for the other room in my 2-bedroom flat. LGBTQ friendly is essential!
Spacious flat with shared kitchen and living room. The room has a mattress available, but no other furnishing. Living room is furnished by landlord with a couch. There is a washer and dryer in the flat as well!
Rent is £895 total , or 447.50 each. Council tax, gas, and electric will be split between the two of us, but not included in rent. Wifi would also be split between the two of us.
Dogs are welcome, subject to landlord approval. No cats due to allergies :(.
I would ideally like a roommate I can be hang out/be friends with, but also very much value my alone time and would of course respect yours! I am open to students, but the flat is not close to unis so may not be the best fit. There is a bus station right outside of the building and train station 12 min walk/4 min drive from flat.
