Hi im Joseph, studying at Caledonian University and working part time. The room is available in a cozy 2 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom with an attached shower. Although the kitchen is used a lot as I enjoy cooking, the flat in general is kept very clean and maintained.
The flat is located near Glasgow Green in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 15 min walk to city centre. Bridgeton station is 10 mins away with other transport links a walk away and a morrisons superstore 2 mins away for groceries.
Smoker not preferred but the flat has a balcony which could be used or could simply enjoy the view from it.
The £700 rent is including highspeed broadband, gas and electricity.
