We’re offering a very large, fully furnished en suite room in our modern 4-bed townhouse in the New Gorbals. The room is on the ground floor, while my husband and I live on the first and second floors, so the tenant has the first floor largely to themselves.

The room includes a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, smart TV, and access to an outdoor terrace. It also comes with a fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery, making it feel almost self-contained. You’ll also have access to a shared kitchen.

The house is ideally located — 10 minutes’ walk to Merchant City, 15 minutes walk to Queen Street station, close to multiple bus routes and Bridge St subway, Glasgow Green, and great pubs and parks in the Southside.

Monthly price includes all bills. Minimum 6-month stay. Ideal for a professional looking for space, comfort and privacy.
