The flat is within walking distance of bus stops and Garscadden train station, with direct trains to Glasgow Central (approx. 15 minutes) and the West End (Partick, approx. 9 minutes). There are local shops and takeaways nearby, with easy access to supermarkets and groceries.

It is worth noting that for anyone who may have issues with mobiltiy that it is an upstairs flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and drawers, and benefits from plenty of space and natural light. You’ll have shared use of a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

You’ll be sharing with myself, a 27-year-old mature student who works in the hospitality sector. During the semester I’m very busy and often out of the house at university, work, or training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, meaning the flat is generally quiet and, for much of the time, effectively yours to enjoy.

The flat would suit someone who is independent, respectful, and comfortable in a calm home, rather than a party flat. That said, it’s not a silent house - you may hear me gaming from time to time, and I’m always happy to have a chat and be sociable.

The room is open to personal decoration. Structural or paint changes would require approval, but otherwise make it your own.
