Beautiful calm room in quirky Govanhill

Females preferred! I offer a female style fully furnished, beautiful cosy room with single bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair, folding table with additional chairs and a big shelf for books or clothes.
The flat has a hall through which the 3-piece-bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen can be accessed. There is a washing machine and good broadband, but no living room.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for affordable, temporary accomodation in a calm and clean surrounding. Independent females are preferred as I live in the flat.
I am a humerous, very "young" retired German journalist, super fit and healthy, easy going with a great number of interests from hiking to politics to all things cultural to cooking. My friends are between 35 and 65, many of whom with artistic/creative backgrounds. I have shared flats ever since I was a student.
If you are interested, please tell me a little bit about yourself. As we are going to share the place, we should have some things in common so that we can have a nice chat in the kitchen :-)
