Professional working Mum with en-suite room

I am looking to rent out my room in here. I have a 4 bed detached house in robroyston G33 1TE and am looking to rent out a room in my home. The room comes furnished and would have its own exclusive bathroom next door. The bus and train links into Glasgow are really good from here. I live with my 12 year old son whose custody I share 50% of the time. My current husband is sometimes here as he is also away for work purposes, so it’s a large house with a spare space most of the time. I also travel with work and might need to be away later in 2026 so the house could be fully yours at certain times of the year. I have a pet cat who is very loving and gentle. I enjoy a clean and tidy space, and like my own space. I have all the amenities such as washer/dryer, WiFi, sitting room, dining table, fully kitted out kitchen, parking space for car/ bike, and easy transport links 10 minutes bus or train ride into Glasgow city centre. A desk and office chair to work at home can be provided also. I would like to share with someone who is willing help with household tasks such as cutting the grass (30 mins) from march to October every 2 weeks when I am away from home, especially since I plan on travelling later on in 2026 and someone who can ideally cat sit also and keep the place clean and tidy. My step daughter works in Edinburgh and might need to stay over a few days per month here and there.

I am from a Pakistani back ground (Lahore). I am a professional working person in the medical industry. I like going on walks, gym, cooking , DIY, meditation, and spending time with loved ones.
I am in the process of moving back into my house in March , and so the room will very available middle of March.
