Hey! We’re looking for a chilled, friendly flatmate to take over the third bedroom in our spacious 3BHK duplex apartment.

About us:
You’ll be sharing with:
• Me (Shrutvid) – recent Strathclyde graduate
• Two friends (Kedar & Abhishri) – a couple studying Masters at Strathclyde

We’re a social, easygoing bunch who like chilling together, music, and good vibes. I’m a drummer, so you’ll often hear some music when I’m free.

The flat:
• Spacious duplex apartment
• 3 bedrooms, 2 full-size bathrooms
• Massive storage space
• Fully furnished with nice interiors
• The available room has a double bed and big wardrobe

Appliances & facilities:
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Microwave
• Oven
• WiFi
• Heaters
• Plus all the small appliances like toaster, kettle, etc.

Rent & bills:
• £400 per month (rent split equally between 4 people)
• Electricity and WiFi bills split equally

A couple of extra bits:
• We’d ideally prefer a female flatmate to keep the flat dynamic balanced
• If you smoke, that’s totally fine — you can use the upstairs common balcony, just no smoking inside the flat
