The flat features a balcony and includes storage space for a bike. It is situated in a quiet area with lovely neighbors.

The flat is located in New Gorbals, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre, and it is within walking distance of the gym, Glasgow Green, and shops (Aldi and Lidl).

I am a working professional who enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, but I also appreciate cooking and listening to music at home.

The monthly rent is £450, plus half of the utility bills (gas, electricity, and broadband). Council tax is included in the rent.

I am looking for someone who can move in on the 1st April.
