Location: The street is super quiet but is still close to several train stations (Anniesland (15-minute walk away and Westerton (10-minute walk away), bus is 5 minute’s walk away. Its 2-minute walk from Aldi, 12 minutes’ walk from Morrisons, Lidl, and the Gym Group gym. Beautiful walks close by - the canal, Dawsholm Park, Cairnhill Woods, Garscube Estate all 10/15/20 minute walk away. There is a massive green field 30 seconds walk from my front door. All my neighbours are so friendly and kind.

About me - I’m 31, Glasgow born, sociable but also like my own space to decompress too. My last flatmate and I became great friends and still keep in touch very regularly! I have 100 hobbies and am usually doing a random project😹 I have a greyhound called Millie who lives here also - she is very friendly and cuddly and will likely warm to you as soon as you move in. I enjoy sports and usually run, train weights, and do thai boxing during the week (if I cba).

I keep a clean house and would like a flatmate who also is clean and tidy. I enjoy company and happy to chat over dinner etc or watch a movie in the dark evenings! I work Tuesday-Friday with 1-2 days WFH. You're preferably someone who won't be in the living room 24/7 watching TV early morning/late at night; either vegetarian or pescatarian; isn't out partying all the time/coming in late etc; having people over drinking etc.

Your room: Room with small double bed to rent in the top left flat in one of the four of a block buildings – meaning there are no upstairs neighbours yay. Your room has built in floor to ceiling double wardrobes. I am happy to provide you with bedding for the room if you do not have your own. These would remain in the flat if you were to move out obviously.

It’s a main door flat on the first level. There is exclusive use of the garden which gets the sun for the majority of the day! Spacious kitchen and modern bathroom. The flat is really bright and has big windows in every room that open inwards. Our house is also nice and warm.

Last thing to note - I am pescatarian, a feminist, pro Palestine, anti ICE, supporter of refugees and anything else that corresponds with those things and you would preferably be too.

If you are interested but want to discuss further let me know! I’m keen to genuinely gel well with the person I live with rather than just not really knowing each other! Also, want you to feel comfortable in our house too!
