I'm looking for someone to take over tenancy from my current flatmate, this would be for a joint tenancy starting mid-February. Looking for a clean, respectful flatmate to share with, would prefer a full time professional but open to students as well!

Located very near Lidl and High Street Station building with secure entry system and lift access.

Unfurnished bedroom with shared bathroom at the edge of Merchant City right. Room has double glazed windows and electric heating.

Kitchen includes washing machine, electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances. Open plan living room/kitchen.
