A light, generously sized room is available in a large two-bedroom tenement flat in leafy Burnside. You’ll only be sharing with one other person, and the flat is quiet, comfortable and well kept, with a big kitchen/dining area and a large living room.

The bedroom:

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, shelving and TV unit. A 48” LG HDTV with Firestick that has access to all streaming services is also available, if wanted.

The bedroom is at the rear of the building, away from the main street, with views over the back gardens and trees. It’s a particularly quiet part of the flat, and the desk beside the large window makes it well suited to working from home or studying. High ceilings and plenty of natural light give the room an open, comfortable feel.

The flat is on Burnside Main Street, so shops, cafés and places to eat are right on the doorstep. Tesco Superstore is around a 2-minute walk away, with several parks and a couple of local bars also within easy walking distance.

* Glasgow Central around 18 minutes by train
* Regular buses towards Glasgow city centre and East Kilbride
* Easy access to the M74 for drivers

You’ll be sharing with a laid-back male professional who is quiet, friendly and respectful. I’m fairly independent but happy to chat and be sociable too, so the flat would suit someone looking for a relaxed, easy-going home where we can both have our own space.
