Double room in ground floor garden flat in Ibrox

I have a double room available in my home. A ground floor flat in Ibrox / Cessnock. 5 mins walk to subway and close to Glasgow Climbing Centre.
The flat has a shared sitting room, bathroom with shower and galley kitchen, gas central heating, double glazing and wifi. The kitchen has a gas hob, double electric oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.
I’m a failed medical student and semi-retired engineer mainly work from home but am also often away overnight at weekends. I’m divorced with grown up daughters who have taught me well and I’m equally comfortable with male or female flatmates and LGBTQ+ friendly. Whilst I’m a guilty smoker I don’t like to smoke inside and If you’re interested in climbing, or sport or people, then we’ll get on fine. If you vote Reform or believe the POTUS should be awarded a Nobel Peace Prize then we’re less likely to get on. :-)
