Please note: I work from home 9-5, at times from my open-plan living room. To maintain a quiet workspace, I am looking for a lodger who is out of the house during these hours.

Stay Options:
- Monday to Friday (£550 pcm): You have the room during the working week and head home at weekends. Ideal for professional commuters.
- Full-time residency (£700 pcm): 7-day access. Strictly for those who are office-based 9-5; no hybrid or remote work.

The Flat
Location: Central Shawlands, seconds from the park and local cafes.

Transport Links: 5min walk to Crossmyloof station, 10min train into Central.

Facilities: Storage space, secure gate access, and off-street parking.

Comfort: Modern insulation, double glazing, excellent boiler (near instant hot water and great shower pressure).

Perks: Private garden, modern appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, espresso machine), high-speed internet, smart home (automated thermostat, smart lighting, etc), and a professional cleaner every two weeks (no additional charge).

The Room: Large double bedroom with plenty of storage. You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom (I have an en-suite).

About Me
I am a mid-30s Data Scientist looking for a short-term lodger (1-3 months initially, with potential to extend). I am a non-smoker, don't drink, and spend my time reading, dancing (tango/bachata), and training as a mindfulness teacher. I live with my dog (small/medium size) - she is incredibly friendly and well trained.
