I like having a nice calm, friendly and sociable atmosphere at home, hanging out together and having friends round but I am also very happy to do my own thing sometimes and I am respectful of whenever my flatmate wants to do their own thing.
I would expect to share the chores to keep the flat clean and tidy. I am especially careful to keep the kitchen ready for use for the next person, and would expect the same from my flatmate.
