Double Room In Flat Share

Double bedroom available from mid-May. Exact date negotiable. Upper cottage flat. My flat mate is moving and I am looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy. Rent is £550 per month. At the moment, bills are about £172 each. The bedroom is unfurnished but can come with a wardrobe if needed. The rest of the flat is furnished but we will be swapping out the furniture when she moves, so I have only included photos of the place unfurnished. There is a garden space, and plenty of on street parking.

I am a 39 year old professional, and work Mon-Fri. I keep pretty active during my time off, and enjoy running, cooking and the outdoors. Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.
